Due to the current increase in cases islandwide, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges of any clothing items.
Packages are generally despatched within 1-3 business days within Colombo and 3-5 business days outside of Colombo after receipt of payment and, delivered via the selected carrier.
Delivery fees may vary depending on weight and volume of order.
International Orders are subject to shipping fees which include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight or volume of the package (depending which is larger). We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed at separate times and shipping fees will apply to each of them separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to pack and protect fragile objects.
Pendi Pvt Ltd strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appears to be irregularities regarding any order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.
Pendi Pvt Ltd will not be held accountable for any packages that may be lost or damaged during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for store credit on items in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 14 days from date of shipment for exchange only with original tags intact. We do not offer refunds at this time. Your store credit will be processed upon acceptance of the returned items. Pendi PVT Ltd has full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. Bath products, worn, washed, final sale items purchased with codes cannot be exchanged
