Each of our bespoke orders are made by one of the artisans or crafts people we work with island wide. We take time to consider not only the aesthetic appeal of the design you bring to us, but also its functionality and durability. We make a prototype of each item first and test it at Pendi to make sure it meets our standards and your requirements. All good things take time and, Pendi requires the time to test, check and perfect the sample before we deliver the final product to you. The more time you can give us, the better your Pendi Bespoke product will be!

Terms and Conditions
Some things to consider when placing a custom order with us
Given the nature of each hand-made item, all product information are subject to slight variations. Seams and pattern direction may slightly differ.
Slight variations of colour between batches are an inevitable consequence of using natural materials. We guarantee to use the same batch throughout your order, however this cannot be guaranteed for any subsequent orders.
Pendi aims to deliver your Bespoke product within a minimum of 6-8 weeks. However, depending on the nature of your order (designs, size, quantity etc), should the product development take longer or, should we experience unavoidable delays or unexpected issues, our customer service team will be in contact at the earliest convenience.
Once your item is available for delivery, the delivery providers will be in contact via phone (followed up by an email if no response) to agree a delivery date and time to suit.
It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure clear access to the relevant room(s) prior to delivery to avoid any accidental damage to your property or belongings. This includes protecting walls and flooring, removing precious household items and keeping all areas free from interference.
If installation is required, the customer will let Pendi know in advance. Installation charges may occur, depending on the product.
Delivery within Colombo city limits is free of charge. Delivery charges outside Colombo will be applicable depending on order and location.
It is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the products upon delivery and highlight any issues and concerns with the provider at that time. All queries to be directed to the Pendi customer service team who will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
